Rachel Gonzalez is the Executive Director for Connect Care's two locations and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. She owned her own business in Florida for 6 years and has more than 10 years experience in managing employees and finances. Rachel opened both centers that are currently running at 105 Oak Ridge Court and 305 McGregor Dr in Gypsum. Rachel has worked with infants and toddlers and oversees all aspects of Connect Care. She loves children and has a passion for making sure, not only every child, but every family feels the love and care from every staff member of Connect Care.
